The McCormick Herald is an open-circulation weekly which is distributed at sites on campus. Its editor is chosen by the student government each year from interested applicants, and student government serves as an advisory board. The paper also has its own archive website, www.mccormickherald.org.
The LSTC Door is a closed-circulation weekly which is distributed to campus mailboxes and via email to the campus community. As of the 2004-2005 school year, it is no longer on the website. The editor is chosen by the Dean of Community from interested applicants and reports to the Dean of Community. The Community Life Committee under direction of the Dean of Community serves as an 'editorial board' for the paper.
The Meadville-Lombard Stairwell Wall is a weekly paper, distributed via e-mail and paper copies on campus.
The CTS Prophet, new this year, is an open-circulation weekly distributed at sites around campus and may be posted on the website soon. Its editor will be chosen annually by the student government, and the student government serves as its advisory board.
CTU currently does not have a student paper. Announcements are posted via email to the seminary.
The University of Chicago Divinity School does not have a student paper. Announcements are posted via email; and the University has multiple publications.
The Hyde Park Seminarian is an open-circulation weekly that seeks to build communication among each of the seminaries, and to provide a forum for students at seminaries without a paper or with a censored paper. It is available at each seminary campus and will be available via the SeminaryAction.org website. The Student Leadership Colloquy of SeminaryAction serves as an advisory board to the paper.
